The Los Angeles Rams surprisingly released former offensive player of the year running back, Todd Gurley before his contract bonus becomes guaranteed. The former two-time touchdown leader spends his four seasons with the Rams. He led the team in a Superbowl last year which they lost to the New England Patriots 13-3.
“Damn, I got fired on my day off. All business nothing personal”
At just 25, he’s a Rookie of the year in 2015, Offensive Player of the Year in 2017, 3 times Pro Bowler, 2 times First-team All-Pro.
Todd Gurley had a down year with only 857 rushing yards, 12 touchdowns and 2 fumbles lost. The worst in his five year career, the first time since he hit more than 1200 rushing yards in back to back years.
