Cardinals and wide receiver Michael Crabtree reach out with an agreement. After the team released Kevin White who had a hamstring injury. The 10-year veteran is on his fourth team. The 31-year-old wideout played with Baltimore Ravens last season, he caught 54 passes for 607 yards and scored three touchdowns. In AFC Wildcard game he catches a 38 yard for a touchdown against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Crabtree is a proven dependable wide receiver since his Niners day. He was drafted 10th overall in 2009. Didn’t live up to a star status but when his quarterback needs somebody he shows it up.
He’s been healthy all his career and just missed three games in nine years. Will be remembered as throwing punches with Denver Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib. Probably will start together with veteran Larry Fitzgerald and Christian Kirk. Kyler Murray had another good target that can help them this season.
