Team effort dominant win, Spurs defeated the Grizzlies

Started strong, finished stronger. This is what the Spurs did all game to dominate the Grizzlies 145-115. LaMarcus Aldridge had a season-high 40 points and nine boards. Made three 3 point shot, bullied Jonas Valanciunas all game long. The All-Star big man has been aggressive right from the start. While his duo, DeMar DeRozan had double-doubles 26 points and 10 assists.

Spurs keep on attacking the lane to create points. They converted 15 threes out of 24 they attempted. For the first time this season, the San Antonio Spurs doesn’t need to make a rally. It’s a full team effort as they are hot on their shooting as they converted 67% of their field goals. The third highest in franchise history.

This is the Spurs season-high in scoring after they scored 145. They tallied 135 the last time they face the Rockets in double overtime. Two other starters Trey Lyles had a season-high with 17 points, Murray had 14 points.

They bounce back after losing to the Clippers badly two nights ago. They improved to 12-17 and two games behind out of the playoffs. Spurs move up to ninth in the Western Conference.

If the Spurs continue to play like this against the Memphis Grizzlies they can really make a serious run. This a good momentum to the team which yet to play until Saturday. The team wait to this kind from to former All-Stars. Play aggressively, consistently, and smart basketball.

We miss this kind of Spurs basketball. People are really in doubt with the team this season. Spurs is a threat to every team because of Gregg Popovich and the depth they had.
