The Golden State Warriors have the best chance to land the top pick this upcoming NBA Draft. Having the worst record, they have 14% to land the first pick overall. But owner Joe Lacob revealed that the team likely to move down to get at least 4-6 pick.
“We’re gonna look at all scenarios. Honestly. I’m not gonna hide this, we’re gonna look at drafting someone at our position. Maybe we trade down, that’s a possibility. I’m not saying it’s preferred or not preferred. I’m just saying it’s something we have to look at it.”
Earlier, Warriors aren’t interested in LaMelo Ball or James Wiseman. Next season, Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson are fully healed. The Warriors can contend right away so they’re looking for the prospect that can help them.
The prospect Warriors looking for is like of Obi Toppin or Deni Advija the top forwards among prospects.
