With less than two weeks remaining before the season resumes, there is some good news.

With the spike of growth of the said disease, some are hesitant to continue the season. Kyrie Irving leads a group of players that made up their mind to cancel the season. Irving also made up a suggestion that players can make their own league in Brooklyn.
A lot of NBA players will not participate in the NBA bubble games due to health reasons. Some of them are Spencer Dinwiddie of the Brooklyn Nets who tested positive of COVID 19 with his teammates DeAndre Jordan, Wilson Chandler, and Nic Claxton, Trevor Ariza of the Blazers, Avery Bradley of the Lakers, Thabo Sepalosha of the Rockets and Davis Bertans of the Wizards. Victor Oladipo will travel with the team but will not play due to health reasons.
Recently, James Harden and Russell Westbrook among the participant in Orlando who tested positive for COVID 19. But Harden already on the practice after his quarantined protocol was done.
NBA games will start on July 31st which will feature the Lakers against the Clippers. Teams will play scrimmage games before the season starts.
