NBA Score: Spurs come back, defeated the defending champion Raptors 105-104

Down big in the third quarter with 18 points, the Spurs slowly cut it down before the end of the third quarter. The Spurs trying to cut the lead into single digit with Patty Mills missed a layup and the Raptors scored 2 on their own with a 13 point lead at fourth. As the Spurs outscored the Toronto Raptors 36-22 in the final quarter with a thrilling comeback.

In the fourth, Spurs made a 17-0 run to change the 14 point deficit into a 3 point advantage. It’s started by Rudy Gay power dunk, followed by Derrick White and Patty Mills. Finished by DeMar DeRozan as he refused to lose this time. DeRozan had 11 straight games of 20+ points and 50% field goals made. He had 25 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 assists as the last one is big when Marco Belinelli hits it.

When the Spurs up by nine with 100-91, the Raptors made their own run hitting three straight from the arc an a split free throw by Paskal Siakam. Derrick White added 13 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 huge blocks. He is fantastic on that run dishing and hitting his shot. While Rudy Gay had a huge game come off the bench with 15 points. His dunks that power the SPurs run and a couple of treys.

The Spurs beat the top three teams in the Eastern Conference in a week. They improved to 17-21 this season, ninth place in the West.
