Minnesota traded Jeff Teague to the Atlanta Hawks

Timberwolves traded their starting point guard Jeff Teague to the Atlanta Hawks for Allen Crabbe. Wolves added Treveon Graham in trade via Woj. While the Hawks had a back up for Trae Young. Jeff Teague a former All-Star back in 2015 in Atlanta. With Teague as the point guard, they reached the franchise-best 62 wins before losing to Cleveland Cavaliers on Eastern Conference Finals.

It’s a good trade for the Hawks taking off a huge contract by Allen Crabbe. They also get a good me to for Trae Young. The Hawks can be a legitimate playoff contender with a good piece they had. With this young squad, they get a better leader who had a lot of playoff moments with Atlanta Hawks, Indiana Pacers, and Minnesota Timberwolves.

While the Wolves trying to rebuild creating space to make some room to give a lot better teammates or they are giving up Karl Anthony Towns. Maybe they are forcing the All-Star to get his way out.
