Derrick White shared on how to stay in shape without basketball

Spurs guard Derrick White answered question on Twitter by #AskDerrick. Without basketball for almost two weeks, White shared his daily routine.

I’m doing a lot of at-home workouts. We’ve got an assault bike I’ve been on. I’m trying to do as much as I can to stay in shape. It’s been hard to do as much to stay in shape for basketball because you don’t have a gym. I’m doing as much as I can to be ready when that time comes.”

“Sometimes I’ve been playing a lot recently – and winning a lot, by the way – is pool. I’ve been trying to get better at it. I’m a little shaky at it, but I’m trying to get better. Another thing that I’m interested in is bowling. My goal is bowl a 300 sometimes in my NBA career. I’ve got a lot of work to do, but I’ll get that done.

Derrick White added all Spurs are ready to make a run in the final 19 games which they can still make a run for the final spot to qualify in thr postseason once season resume.
