People aren’t convinced that the Spurs with

Duncan is a dynasty. The only reason they had is they don’t defend the title. When you look at the Spurs they are almost near in a back to back. They achieved everything that other dynasties aren’t. Three titles in five years with the same roster in a small market isn’t easy.

In that span, Tim Duncan won two Finals MVPs and regular-season MVP. Popovich a coach of the year in 2003. They beat the Lakers dynasty with Shaq and Kobe with Duncan teammates is old David Robinson. An unknown Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili.

The Spurs beat the Steve Nash Suns twice to win the titles. It’s tough for San Antonio who can add the best player in free agency. Then who pick always late in the draft. The consistency they had was great with the same group of guys.

They faced the toughest challenges in the West. Where top players found, nemesis like Kevin Garnett, Kobe, Nash, and Stoudemire, Ray Allen, and Dirk Nowitzki. They beat the tough defense of Detroit who demolished the Lakers in 2004.

The Spurs on that era won not less than 50 games. They dominate defensively with Duncan on the paint. The Spurs never misses a representative to an All-Star Game. They also had an All NBA, a Sixth Man of the year, first European Finals MVP. They are the only dynasty who never miss the playoffs until their best player retired.
